Welcome to Stronger Revolution.
By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products

We sell clothing and merchandise, including t-shirts, one pair of pants, pins, and tote bags.

All products are produced in limited quantities.

Images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color or size may occur.

3. Pre-Orders

Our products are primarily sold via pre-order.

A pre-order means that the item will be produced only after the sales period has ended.

Payment for a pre-order counts as a final and confirmed purchase.

Delivery will take place once production is complete; the estimated delivery time is stated on each product page.

4. No Exchanges or Cancellations

Orders placed through pre-order cannot be canceled, modified, or returned after payment.

Because all items are produced based on confirmed pre-orders, exchanges or refunds are not possible.

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before completing your order.

5. Prices

The prices displayed during the pre-order period are introductory prices.

Once the pre-order closes, prices may increase for later sales (such as during Revolution Calling).

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the available payment methods in our webshop (e.g., iDEAL, credit card, etc.).

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

Pre-ordered items will be available for pickup only during Revolution Calling.

Stronger Revolution is not responsible for delays beyond our control (such as production or transportation issues).

8. Availability After Pre-Order

After the pre-order period ends, remaining items may be sold during Revolution Calling.

These pieces will be subject to the then-current (higher) pricing.

9. Liability

Stronger Revolution is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the total amount of the respective order.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and text on our website are the property of Stronger Revolution and may not be used or copied without written permission.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

We prefer to resolve any disputes amicably.

If that is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
