1. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Policy
All items available on our webshop are sold as pre-orders or made-to-order.
This means that products are produced specifically based on the orders we receive during the pre-order period.
For this reason, all sales are final. Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Please double-check your size, color, and personal details before finalizing your purchase.
2. No Returns or Exchanges

Every item is made in limited quantities and cannot be restocked or replaced once produced.

Refunds are not available for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or event cancellation.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a partial refund.

4. Event Pick-Up and Unclaimed Orders

Pre-ordered items must be picked up during Revolution Calling unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Orders not picked up during the event are considered fulfilled and will not be refunded.
5. Price Adjustments
Prices offered during the pre-order period are introductory prices.
After the pre-order closes, prices may increase.
No refund or price adjustment will be given for changes in pricing after your order has been placed.
